Shipping policy

GENERAL SHIPPING

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 days. Transit time from that point is determined by the delivery method chosen at checkout. We currently ship to the UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Qatar.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer three delivery options for UAE orders:

• Free Express Shipping — Orders placed before 12:00 PM are delivered the next day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are delivered within 2 days.
• Same Day Delivery — 30 AED, available for Dubai only. For Urgent orders please contact us on Whatsapp: +971 50 511 7681
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — 15 AED, arrives within 1 to 3 days.

For KSA orders, shipping is a flat 26 AED, with delivery arriving within 1 to 7 days.

Import charges might be applied to KSA orders as a percentage of the value of the items, incurred from the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.

KSA Import Charges (Example): For a 200 SAR item shipped from Dubai to Saudi:

• If GCC origin → ~245 SAR total (200 + 30 VAT + 15 courier fee)
• If non-GCC origin → ~255 SAR total (200 + 10% duty + 30 VAT + 15 courier fee)

✔️ All VAT, duties, and service fees are collected by ZATCA (Saudi Customs & Tax Authority) through the courier at delivery.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer easy 30-day returns for customers. All returns must:

• Have no signs of wear or damage
• Be in its original condition
• Be in all original packaging (box, pouch, and insert card included) or as it applies to the product purchased
• Returns are not applicable for international orders

Please email Support@zenhale.shop with your order number to start your return. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Z E N H A L E has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to the customer.
